Join the founding cohort helping to deliver INNERDRIVE® 2026: The Performance Circuit, powered by MEURAKI and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board as part of Grand Prix Season Singapore 2026.

Running across Funan, Plaza Singapura and a citywide digital Passport Trail, INNERDRIVE® brings together interactive human-performance challenges, athlete stories, technology, brand experiences and live programming.

INNERDRIVE® first launched during Grand Prix Season Singapore 2025 and welcomed participants representing more than 40 nationalities. In 2026, it is expanding into a larger multi-venue experience, and Academy Fellows will help bring it to life.

Depending on their assigned deployment, selected Fellows may also support the INNERDRIVE® Media Night on 1 October, attended by invited media, influencers, brand partners and sponsors, athletes, government agency representatives and other guests.

No previous event experience is required. Applications are open to all RP students.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a short interview.

What you will gain

INNERDRIVE® Academy is a structured experiential-learning programme built around industry exposure, practical learning and real responsibility.

Founding Fellows will receive:

• Self-paced pre-Bootcamp e-learning
• A structured two-day Academy Bootcamp
• Role-specific training before deployment
• Live industry experience during Grand Prix Season Singapore
• Experience supporting a multi-venue public activation
• Exposure to event operations, guest experience, digital technology, brand activations and storytelling
• Opportunities to interact with industry partners and invited guests
• Portfolio-worthy experience
• An INNERDRIVE® Academy kit and meals during assigned shifts
• A joint RP + MEURAKI certificate upon successful completion
• Graduation as an INNERDRIVE® Academy Founding Fellow
• Potential consideration for future MEURAKI projects and Academy opportunities

Upon successful completion, Fellows will also receive an S$500 honorarium in recognition of their commitment to the programme.

The Academy journey

1. 1

   Pre-Bootcamp e-learning

   Complete six short online lessons covering INNERDRIVE®, guest experience, the role of a Fellow, safety, professionalism and the digital Passport.

   The e-learning concludes with a 12-question quiz. Fellows must score at least 10 out of 12 before attending the Bootcamp. The quiz may be retaken.

2. 2

   Two-day Academy Bootcamp

   Participate in practical training, team preparation and role-based simulations in mid-September.

3. 3

   Live deployment

   Be rostered across INNERDRIVE® 2026 from 28 September to 11 October.

   Fellows will be assigned roles according to operational requirements, availability and suitability. Role preferences submitted in this application are for consideration only and do not guarantee a particular assignment. Fellows may be deployed across more than one area.

4. 4

   Graduation

   Complete the Fellowship and graduate as part of the inaugural INNERDRIVE® Academy cohort at the RP Wellness Fiesta, expected around 22 October.
